A: We are asked this question way too often. We can try and pick up where the previous website designer left off, but depending on several factors, Image2Site may need to start the design process from the beginning. Please call or email so we can discuss your current situation and find a solution that you will be happy with.

A: Our standard package can be usually be launched in 3-6 weeks from commencement, depending on the level of customization. To avoid unnecessary delays, clients should be prepared to respond quickly to our requests for feedback, revisions or client supplied content.

A: There are approximately 75 million websites using WordPress. WordPress is a very powerful, yet easy to use content management system (CMS). For you this means you only need 1 login location to access all your website’s control features, and from there can make all changes, updates, and more with great ease.

A: After Image2Site completes the development of your website, we will teach you how to access the back-end so that you can make updates, add pages, and more. Plus, we plan to be around for a while, so if you forget, we will gladly give you another lesson.

A: Moving your current website or domain name from a hosting provider to Image2Site is never a concern. There are several options available to you when it comes to moving your website to Image2Site, and we would be happy to discuss them all with you.  Just send an email or give a call and we can review the options and determine what is best for your situation.

A: Yes. During the design process you will be provided with 4 revisions. Each revision can include more than one item such as changing colors, font size/type, replace images, and more. Once the website is approved for launch, additional revisions are billed at our regular hourly rate.

A: Yes. We provide several hosting options for an additional fee. We can also provide you with domain name registration if you do ont already have one.

A: It depends on the type of website you are building. Informational sites with several pages are less expensive than e-commerce websites with products and a checkout feature. Contact our sales tem to learn more about our website design services.

A: Yes. Unfortunately, there are those very rare occassions when a client needs to cancel their project. We will provide a refund of 25% of your deposit if you cancel at or before the 1st revision. After we complete the 1st revision, you may cancel, but we will not provide a refund due to the time and work put into the web design up to that point.
