Q: My website designer never finished the job, and never calls back. Can you finish the website?

A: We are asked this question way too often. We can try and pick up where the previous designer left off, but depending on several factors, Image2Site may need to start the design process from the beginning. Please call or email so we can discuss your current situation and find a solution that you will be happy with.

Q: How long does it take to build my website?

A: Our standard package can be usually be launched in 1-2 weeks from commencement. Of course this requires the client to provide all media & content, if applicable, in a timely fashion. Custom websites can take from 2-6 weeks depending on the level of customization, pug-ins, scripts, and other such items.

Q: Why do I want to be on WordPress?

A: WordPress is a very powerful, yet easy to use content management system (CMS). For you this means you only need 1 login location to access all your websites control panel and form there can make all changes, updates, and more with great ease.

Q: How does your hosting service compare to the big name companies?

A: Actually we compare quite well. Image2Site does not own its own servers. Our servers are maintained and operated by Host9, a well respected hosting provider with a 99.99% uptime promise.

Q: I don’t know how to use WordPress, are you going to teach me?

A: After Image2Site completes the development of your website, we will teach you how to access the back-end so that you can make updates, add pages, and more. Plus, we plan to be around for a while, so if you forget, we will gladly give you another lesson.

Q: I already have a website. I want you to update it and host it, but it is hosted somewhere else. What do I do?

A: Moving your current website or domain name from a hosting provider to Image2Site is never a concern. There are several options available to you when it comes to moving your website to Image2Site, and we woudl be happy to discuss them all with you.  Just send an email or give a call and we can review the options and determine what is best for your situation.
